This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how no2jl ("no2jl," "we," "us," or "the Company") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects the personal data of individuals ("you," "Player," or "User") who register for and use the no2jl online gaming platform at no2jl.org.
no2jl is committed to processing your personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its implementing rules and regulations, and all applicable issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. This Policy applies to all personal data processed in connection with the no2jl Platform, regardless of the device or channel through which you access it — whether on a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other means. It supplements but does not replace the no2jl Terms and Conditions.
For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Policy, no2jl is the Personal Information Controller in respect of personal data collected through the no2jl Platform. This means no2jl determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data.
Where no2jl engages third-party service providers to process personal data on its behalf — such as payment processors, KYC verification providers, and gaming software providers — those parties act as Personal Information Processors under no2jl's instructions and are bound by contractual data processing obligations consistent with RA 10173.

To create and maintain your no2jl account; to process deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, and banking channels; to provide access to games and features; to manage your PHP wallet balance; to process bonus applications and promotions; and to respond to your support inquiries via live chat and email.
To verify your identity and age (21+) in accordance with PAGCOR requirements; to conduct AML screening and transaction monitoring as required under RA 9160; to fulfil regulatory reporting obligations to PAGCOR and other competent Philippine authorities; and to maintain records required by law for audit purposes.
To monitor gaming activity for indicators of problem gambling; to enforce deposit limits, self-exclusion, and cooling-off periods you have set; to detect patterns that may indicate a Player requires responsible gaming intervention; and to maintain self-exclusion records as required by PAGCOR responsible gaming standards.
To detect and prevent unauthorized access, fraud, collusion, and abuse of the Platform; to verify that accounts are operated by their legitimate registered holders; to investigate suspicious activity; and to cooperate with law enforcement where required.

To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage data for the purpose of improving the no2jl Platform, its performance, and the gaming experience for Filipino players. This analysis does not identify individual Players.
no2jl does not sell your personal data. We share personal data only in the following circumstances and with the following categories of recipients:
no2jl is required to share personal data with PAGCOR as part of its licensing obligations, and with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) and other Philippine law enforcement or regulatory bodies where legally required. These disclosures are made pursuant to legal obligation and are not subject to your consent.
To process your GCash, PayMaya, and bank transactions, no2jl shares necessary financial and identity data with the relevant payment service providers. These providers process your data as Personal Information Processors under no2jl's instructions and are bound by data processing agreements consistent with RA 10173.
no2jl engages certified third-party KYC service providers to conduct identity and age verification. These providers receive the identity documents and, where applicable, facial verification images you submit during the KYC process. Data shared with KYC providers is used exclusively for verification purposes.
Third-party game providers who supply slot games, live casino tables, and other game software to the no2jl Platform may receive anonymized or pseudonymized session data necessary to operate the games. Game providers do not receive your full identity or financial data unless required for certified RTP or game audit purposes.

While no2jl takes reasonable steps to protect your data, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure. You should also take steps to protect your own account security — use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication on your no2jl account.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by no2jl. These rights are subject to applicable exceptions under Philippine law.
Request a copy of the personal data no2jl holds about you and information about how it is used.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data in your no2jl account.
Request deletion of personal data we no longer have a lawful basis to process, subject to legal retention obligations.

Receive a copy of data you provided to no2jl in a structured, machine-readable format where technically feasible.
Withdraw consent for consent-based processing (such as marketing) at any time without penalty.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact no2jl's Data Protection Officer at the contact details in Article 15. no2jl will acknowledge your request within seventy-two (72) hours and will fulfil valid requests within the timeframes required by the Data Privacy Act — generally within fifteen (15) business days, or within the period stated in any applicable NPC issuance.
If you are not satisfied with how no2jl handles your data subject request or a complaint, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
If no2jl discovers or has reason to believe that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the relevant account, take steps to delete the collected data, and — where required — notify the relevant regulatory authorities. If you believe that a minor has registered a no2jl account, please notify us immediately via the contact channels in Article 15.
Age verification is conducted as part of the no2jl KYC process. No real-money gaming activity is permitted until age has been verified.
The no2jl Platform may from time to time contain references or links to third-party websites or services — for example, payment provider interfaces operated by GCash or PayMaya. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or services. no2jl is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and we encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party services you access in connection with your no2jl account.
In particular, transactions processed through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to those providers' own privacy policies and terms of service in addition to this Policy.
no2jl may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements, or the services we offer. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on your no2jl account, or via a prominent notice on the Platform, at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
The effective date and version number at the top of this Policy will be updated whenever a revision is published. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Continued use of the no2jl Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
