no2jl Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player," "User," or "you") and no2jl (hereinafter "no2jl," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at no2jl.org.

By registering an account, accessing the no2jl platform, or using any of the services offered therein — including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot machines, bingo, Go Rush, and Callbreak — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

no2jl operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming services offered by no2jl are subject to applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements. These Terms do not supersede any applicable law or PAGCOR regulation — in the event of conflict, the applicable law or regulation shall prevail.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

3.1 Age Requirement

Participation in any real-money gaming activity on no2jl is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law. This age limit is non-negotiable. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned subject to verification of ownership.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The no2jl Platform is operated and regulated for players in the Philippines only. You must be a resident of the Philippines and physically located within the Philippines when accessing the Platform. Access from outside the Philippines, including the use of VPNs, proxies, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register a no2jl account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a resident of the Philippines;
• Provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number and email address;
• Not be self-excluded from no2jl or any other PAGCOR-licensed operator;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of no2jl or any of its group companies;
• Create only one (1) no2jl account. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

no2jl is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered Players. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, or driver's license) and may include proof of address. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. no2jl reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time.

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your no2jl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. no2jl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify no2jl support immediately via live chat or email. no2jl will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure or suspend the account pending investigation.

4.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your no2jl account is accurate and up to date. In the event of a change to your personal information — including change of address, mobile number, or email — you must update your account profile promptly. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

4.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered no2jl account. If no2jl identifies that a Player holds multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended, any Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and winnings derived from Bonus Funds across all accounts may be voided. Real-money deposits will be reviewed and returned subject to AML verification procedures.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

no2jl supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, 7-Eleven (via Cliqq), and Cebuana Lhuillier. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). no2jl does not accept foreign currency deposits.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no upper limit on deposits for standard accounts, though VIP-tier and daily deposit limits may apply. Deposited funds are credited to your no2jl wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment gateway — GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within 30 seconds. no2jl does not charge fees for deposits; your payment provider's fees, if any, are your responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may be requested by Players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days for standard accounts, and within fifteen (15) minutes to two (2) hours for GCash withdrawals under ₱50,000 during normal operating hours.

no2jl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of payment method ownership, enhanced due diligence documentation for large withdrawals, and source of funds declarations.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

no2jl maintains AML procedures in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended). Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Funds deposited for purposes other than bona fide gaming activity are prohibited.

no2jl offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, bingo card credits, and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have a verified no2jl account and have completed KYC;
• Each bonus offer is subject to a stated wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus before withdrawal eligibility is triggered — for example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ₱20,000 in qualifying wagers;
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, household, IP address, or device, unless the specific promotion states otherwise;
• no2jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies to clear wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings, and may result in account closure.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games on the no2jl Platform — including slot machines, bingo draws, and certain card game formats — use a certified Random Number Generator that has been independently tested and verified by a recognized testing laboratory. The RNG ensures that each game outcome is independent, random, and unpredictable. Past outcomes do not influence future outcomes.

7.2 Live Casino Games

Live dealer casino games on no2jl are operated using physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) by professional dealers in a licensed studio environment. Live game outcomes are determined by the physical equipment used and are subject to the rules displayed within each game's interface. no2jl's live casino games are supplied by certified third-party game providers whose operations are independently regulated.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game — including but not limited to disconnections, software errors, or hardware failures — any affected game round will be voided and any wager for that round will be returned to the Player's wallet. no2jl will not honor any purported winning outcome generated as a result of a malfunction. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

7.4 Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to all games on the no2jl Platform. Limits are displayed within each game interface and may vary by game type, table, and Player tier. no2jl reserves the right to adjust wager limits at any time.

no2jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of the Platform. In fulfilment of this commitment and in compliance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements, no2jl provides the following tools and mechanisms to all registered Players:

8.1 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their no2jl account. Once set, a limit can be lowered immediately, but an increase will only take effect after a 24-hour cooling period. Limits are configurable from your account settings without contacting support.

8.2 Session Time Limits and Reminders

Players may set session duration reminders that alert them when a specified amount of time has elapsed during a gaming session. no2jl also enforces session timeouts on inactive accounts.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Any Player may request a self-exclusion period, during which their account will be temporarily or permanently closed and access to the Platform denied. Self-exclusion options range from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected period. Players requesting self-exclusion should contact no2jl support or use the self-exclusion tool in their account settings.

8.4 Reality Checks

Players may enable reality check notifications that display information about their total session wagering activity at set intervals, helping maintain awareness of time spent and amounts wagered during each gaming session.

All intellectual property rights in the no2jl Platform — including but not limited to the no2jl brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and other content — are owned by or licensed to no2jl. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any no2jl intellectual property.

You may access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, transmit, publish, or create derivative works from any no2jl intellectual property without the express prior written consent of no2jl.

Game content — including slot titles, live casino studio design, bingo game formats, and card game interfaces — may be owned by or licensed from third-party game providers. Such content remains the intellectual property of the respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, no2jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, system error, or internet connectivity issues beyond no2jl's reasonable control;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform for any reason;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any decisions you make based on game statistics, past results, or other information displayed on the Platform;
• Loss arising from your breach of these Terms.

no2jl's total cumulative liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your no2jl account at the time the cause of action arises. Nothing in these Terms limits no2jl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the no2jl Platform:

• Registering more than one (1) account or assisting another person to circumvent registration restrictions;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, gather data, or interact with the Platform in any manner not intended for human users;
• Colluding with other Players in any game where doing so would provide an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, game bugs, or technical errors to generate unintended winnings;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deception in relation to the Platform or any game;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose including money laundering;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or similar technology to mask your true location;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing no2jl staff, live dealers, or other Players;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any no2jl software.

no2jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider;
• Detection of multiple account registration by the same individual;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent authority;
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account procedures will apply, as notified).

Upon account closure, any real-money Player Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of outstanding disputes, chargebacks, or AML holds. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of wagering completion status.

Players may voluntarily close their no2jl account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closures are subject to the same withdrawal conditions as involuntary closures.

no2jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at no2jl.org/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory reporting, and responsible gaming monitoring purposes.

no2jl may share your personal data with PAGCOR, other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities, payment processors, and KYC verification service providers where required by law or necessary to operate the Platform and comply with our regulatory obligations.

no2jl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email to the address on file or via a prominent notice on the no2jl Platform. The effective date of any amendment will be displayed at the top of the Terms document.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the no2jl Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Article 12.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation may be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or to PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures where applicable.

Nothing in this clause limits any Player's rights under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation or PAGCOR's player protection framework.

no2jl aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve substantive disputes within 14 business days of receipt. PAGCOR's complaint and dispute resolution processes remain available to Players at all times independently of no2jl's internal procedures.
